 SICKLES GRYPHONS

Record: 5–20

Season Summary

Year one under Coach Mackenzie Crowe was a major reset. Taking over for Coach Mark Key and losing the top two scorers from an Elite Eight team, she inherited a roster with limited depth. Despite the challenge, the team competed hard all season. Senior Sadie Jones earned 1st Team All‑American Division honors.


ROBINSON KNIGHTS

Record: 12–12 — 4A Playoff Appearance

Season Summary

In his first season, Coach Kyle Keith led Robinson to a .500 record, a district championship, and a playoff berth. The Knights were powered by 2nd Team All‑American Division standout Annie Keith.


GAITHER COWBOYS

Season Summary

Year three under Coach Carmyn Samuel brought a slight step back from last season’s 13–13 finish, but the program continues to trend upward. Samuel has doubled the win total of her predecessor in each of her first three seasons. Sophomore Riley Russell earned 2nd Team All‑American Division honors.


STEINBRENNER WARRIORS

Record: 23–7 6A District Champions, 6A Regional Champions

Season Summary

Coach Alex Hertenstein has upgraded one of the premier programs in the Bay Area. Steinbrenner has averaged 22.6 wins per season, reached back‑to‑back Final Fours, and won regional titles in 2025 and 2026 all in her first three years at the helm. Four Warriors earned All‑American Division honors: 1st Team: Avery Adams, Sarah Coble, 2nd Team: Breanna Hartley, Sammi Coble. Coach Hertenstein holds a remarkable 68–18 record at Steinbrenner.


LETO FALCONS

Record: 10–9

Season Summary

Year eight of Coach Kelly McBride’s rebuild delivered a historic breakthrough. Leto recorded its first double‑digit win season in the MaxPreps era and its first winning season in over 20 years.
With 1st Team All‑American Division guard Sanaai Taylor and 2nd Team selection Annabella Hill returning, the Falcons are positioned for continued growth.


PLANT PANTHERS

Record: 14–13

Season Summary

The 2025–26 season marked the end of a legendary era as Coach Carrie Mahon retired after 25 seasons, over 500 wins, and the 2021 7A State Championship. Plant now turns to Coach Ellie Wilbur, who previously led Brooks DeBartolo to a Final Four. Sophomore Lolly Hunt, a 2nd Team All‑American Division selection, will be a key piece moving forward.


ALONSO RAVENS

Record: 4–18

Coach Matthew Glassman continues to rebuild the program in year two. After inheriting a depleted roster, he has restored structure, competitiveness, and depth — including rebuilding both JV and varsity. With a solid core returning, Alonso is positioned to take a step forward next season.

Coach Cheramye White has brought stability and competitiveness to Blake in her fourth season. Averaging seven wins per year — compared to one win per season before her arrival — she has built a culture centered on development and accountability.
Seniors Ediliana Garcia and Jorianne Lue earned spots in the Hillsborough County Senior East vs. West All‑Star Game, with Lue also selected for the Hillsborough vs. Pinellas All‑Star Game.
